We are looking for someone like you to join our team! As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for production activities, such as recruiting, training, motivating, and leading a team of Lawn Care Technicians, to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities 

  • Recruit, train, supervise, assess, and coach Lawn Care Technicians to customer service and production requirements 

  • Schedule, track, and report daily production and calibration data

  • Maintain a fleet of vehicles and equipment

  • Make product purchases and control inventory

  • Perform quality control and customer service

  • Maintain customer relationships, resolving their concerns and making service recommendations

  • Participate in the planning, development, and execution of the company’s strategy for the development of the department

  • Perform related duties and responsibilities to meet company objectives

 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Problem-solving skills and proven time management

  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Mechanically inclined

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Ability to work in a results-oriented team environment

 

Education 

  • Post secondary education is preferred

 

Experience 

  • Extensive sales and/or industry experience is required

  • 1-3 years experience in a supervisory role is not required, but is considered an asset
