As a Customer Outreach Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing team, ensuring that the team is meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets. • Recruit a sales and marketing team

• Conduct initial and ongoing employee training

• Manage, coach and motivate sales and marketing team

• Track daily performance and prepare weekly reports for review, ensuring company goals and objectives are being met
